Data from cybersecurity platform Cloudflare’s traffic analysis indicates that approximately one-third of all internet traffic over the past year originated from bots. Meanwhile, Imperva’s comprehensive “Bad Bot report” from July revealed an even more concerning statistic: nearly 50% of internet traffic comes from non-human sources, with 20% specifically classified as “bad bots” engaged in malicious activities.
